What It Means
It is our understanding that when we find this Loud Voice from Heaven or regarding Heavenly Things in Scripture it refers to someone making a proclamation in the Name of or with the Authority of God.

Supposed Objections Considered
Rev. 6:10 (KJV)
And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth?
Objection: The saints are not proclaiming with divine authority. They are asking how long it will be before the Lord does something, before He takes out His vengeance on those who are persecuting them.

Response: Here the saints of God are proclaiming the fact that God will eventually execute His promised vengeance (wrath) in the pouring out of the seven last plagues upon the earth (Rev. 15:1; 16:1). They are asking how long it will be from their time until this promised event takes place. Their understanding seems to include the thought that it is God who takes vengeance, not His people. "Vengeance is mine, saith the Lord, I will repay." Rom. 12:19.
Rev. 12:10 (KJV)
And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.
Objection: Here this loud voice is coming from the nominal heavens and it is proclaiming the reign of ANTI-Christ! How can this be speaking with the authority of God?

Response: This is as the other things we have learned about chapter 12. It is indeed the counterfeit of the true. The god who authorized this message is not the True God but is a false one. This is in keeping with the general tenor of the twelfth chapter. The 'Divine Authority' here is really the counterfeit of the true 'Divine Authority.' The fact that this 'loud voice' comes from the false, the counterfeit, does not alter the meaning of 'loud voice.'
